SHIPPING POLICY
Once we have received your order we aim to process it within 3-7 business days.
Your order will be packaged carefully and sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. You can upgrade to 1st class when you place your order.
There is also a free local collection option if you live near us. If you are choosing free collection, We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Orders will only be kept for 14 days.

Orders will be posted through the post office therefore, no orders will be posted on Sundays, these will wait until the Monday.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You as our customer are very important to us and we strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.
We hope you love our products as much as we do, however if you are not happy with them please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to notify us of problem.
You can request an exchange or refund if the products are still in a re-salable condition and all original packaging is in tact. By original packaging we mean it is unopened and there are no marks, scratches, chips or cracks on the product or it's packaging. If the product has been opened or used unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
